MIRRORS
5-Year Warranty
The products have a 5-year warranty when properly cared for. If there is any defect within 5 years, you'll get a new set by mailing back the old ones. To protect the special coating on the mirrors, always rinse dirt/particles off the mirrors first to prevent scratching the coating.
Returns
Start a return here.
To start a return, simply use our self-service Returns Portal. The portal will guide you through your return and provide return instructions based on your order.
- Within 30 days of receiving the merchandise
- Not used and in original packaging
- Used or partially installed products are non-refundable
- Refund is credited within 3-7 business days after returns are received
- Special orders are not non-refundable
Checkout+
Checkout+ is an optional add-on available at checkout that includes free return shipping and package protection.
- If Checkout+ was selected at checkout, your return shipping label is covered for eligible exchanges, refunds, and store credit returns.
- If Checkout+ was not selected at checkout, initiate your return through the same Returns Portal. A return shipping label will be generated for you, and the cost of the label will be your responsibility.
- If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a claim through the Returns Portal for a same-item replacement upon approval.
- Checkout+ cannot be added after an order has been placed and cannot be cancelled or refunded after purchase.
