Shipping

Once you place a purchase order, it takes 1-3 business days to process for fulfillment. Then shipping is typically about 3-5 business days. 

Package Protection

If you purchased Checkout+ at checkout, your order includes package protection.

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you can submit a shipping claim through our Returns & Claims Portal. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you will receive either a same-item replacement or a refund, depending on the circumstances of your order.

If Checkout+ was not purchased at checkout, shipping claims may still be submitted through the Returns & Claims Portal and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that packages marked as lost, stolen, or damaged by the shipping carrier are not the responsibility of Suma Performance. Checkout+ provides added protection and a streamlined resolution process for eligible orders. Coverage must be purchased at checkout and cannot be added after an order has been placed.
